What lead me to this work is a deep reverence for the resiliency of the human spirit.
My approach is informed by depth and somatic psychology, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, transpersonal psychology and internal family systems (IFS). Combined with over a decade of my own personal healing work and recovery, I integrate these modalities to guide clients in addressing the root of their symptoms and transforming challenge into opportunities for growth. I offer a compassionate, genuine, nonjudgemental, trauma-informed space to work with client concerns.
Whether you are coping with the loss of a loved one, recovering from trauma, struggling with depression and anxiety or relationship concerns, my work is committed to fostering resiliency and empowering individuals to find peace and meaning in their lives. My own experience with significant loss has allowed me to guide others through the process in an authentic and genuine way. I am also a trained hospice volunteer.
I hold a BA in Integrative Psychology from Western Washington University and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
I am here to support you on this journey toward greater self-understanding, compassion and authenticity. I look forward to working together.
